Refund Policy

Overview

AWAI's paid plan (Pro) offers a full refund within 14 days of subscription start, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Send the following information to our support team ([email protected]):

  1. Order ID (number starting with #)
  2. Email address used for purchase
  3. Reason why the service didn't fit (optional)

Processing Time

Once approved, the refund is processed through Stripe. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Your subscription will be canceled upon refund completion.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests may be denied in the following cases:

  • Repeated purchase and refund cycles
  • Requests after the 14-day guarantee period
  • Confirmed violation of Terms of Service

Canceling Your Subscription

After the refund guarantee period, you can cancel anytime via "Manage Subscription" in Settings. After cancellation, you can continue using Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
