360-degree feedback

Gather 360-degree feedback comments in conversation.

The host writes one topic, not a set of survey questions. AWAI listens to each person and asks why they think so, so their opinion and the reasoning underneath it both stay.

The 360-degree review demo: the comments collected, grouped by opinion and ordered by how many people reached each one

No sign-up. A live demo where 15 people reviewed one sales manager in anonymous mode, yours to explore. To try it with your own team, link an account: free once per person, up to 3 respondents.

THE PROBLEM

What you wanted to know doesn't survive the survey

Critical comments disappear on the way up

360 feedback gets edited into something easier to read, and the edges come off. What's left is inoffensive language. The thing you wanted to know is no longer in it.

One line, and no way further

A free-text box tends to get one sentence and stop. Nobody asks why they wrote it, so the part they left out never comes out.

You only get back what the questions asked for

A rating form can only ask about what someone already put into words. Steady things like being on time or replying quickly rarely become an item, and a form has no way to draw them out.

Measuring and listening are different tools

This is not about replacing your review process. Performance reviews and talent management keep doing what they do: measuring people. What AWAI takes on is the listening that comes before that. It collects each person's opinion and the reasoning underneath it.

Performance reviews & talent management

Tools for measuring people and deciding treatment. They put everyone on one comparable scale: a score, a ranking.

AWAI Group Analysis

A tool for listening on a topic. You don't write the questions first, so you can start before you know what to ask. AWAI asks why they think so, so a one-line platitude rarely survives the conversation. Once the answers are in, you can change the angle and read them again.

Collect anonymously and the organizer's screen never joins a roster entry to an answer. When the point is to know whose opinion it is, as in a discussion you will hold together, you can collect under names instead.

The roster stays; who said what does not

The roster stays; who said what does not

Collect anonymously and you keep the roster you invited and whether each answer arrived. Which roster entry gave which answer is not something the organizer's screen can open. The aggregation is built without knowing whose words these are.

Opposite opinions can share a reason

Opposite opinions can share a reason

Everyone's opinions are collected together with the reasons behind them. Two people can argue opposite positions from the same underlying reason. Counting answers never shows that overlap. Minority views stay visible instead of dissolving into the average.

Ask the aggregated results a question and a draft appears; edit it right on the page, then export to PDF. Editing costs nothing extra.

Every screen here comes from a project collected anonymously. Named or anonymous is a per-project choice.

FAQ

Questions people ask

What respondents have to do, what happens to their answers, and how pricing works.

Can this replace our performance reviews or 360 feedback?
It does not score or rank anyone, so it cannot stand in for either. What AWAI collects is what each person thinks and the reasoning underneath it. You can use that as material for a judgement, but no score comes out of AWAI.
Can we collect anonymously?
Yes. You choose named or anonymous per project, and the choice locks once collection starts. In anonymous mode the names and attributes on your roster stay yours to keep, but never appear in the aggregation or the report, and respondents are never asked for a name. You still read the opinions and reasons in aggregated form, but your screen never joins a roster entry to an answer and individual conversations cannot be opened.
Can we tell respondents their answers are anonymous?
Not in those words. In anonymous mode your screen never joins a roster entry to an answer, but what someone writes can still point to who they are, and with few respondents the results themselves can identify a person. AWAI shows respondents the same thing before they start answering.
Won't we just get safe, inoffensive answers?
We can't reduce that to zero, but the way answers are gathered is different. The host writes one topic and no questions. The AI listens to each person, and what it asks next follows what that person just said. It asks for the reason, so a one-line platitude is harder to stop at. A view only one person holds stays on the screen as an outlier, and goes into the material the report is written from.
Are they answering a fixed set of questions?
No. Everyone talks freely with the AI. To keep the answers comparable, everyone shares the same topic and the same approach to listening.
Can this replace our employee survey?
It is not a replacement for your employee survey. No score comes out of it, so keep counting and tracking the way you do now. Alongside that, each person talks with an AI, and what comes back is their opinions and the reasons behind them. Everyone shares the same topic, so the answers stay comparable.
What about respondents' privacy?
No AWAI account is created for the people answering, and they have no profile. The roster does need an email address so the invitation can be sent, and that holds in either mode. Collected under names, you can read each person's conversation against their roster entry, and leaving display names and attributes like department blank does not change that. Collected anonymously, your screen never joins the two, though AWAI's own records still connect the roster entry to the answer.
Are the answers used to train AI models?
No. AWAI runs on Google's paid Gemini tier, and Google states that data sent on this tier is not used to train its models (API terms). Google does keep logs for a limited period, to catch policy violations and to meet legal disclosure requirements. We'd rather tell you that plainly than imply nothing is ever stored. The privacy policy has the details.
Do respondents need an account?
No. Opening the invite link starts the conversation. No signup, no login.
How many people can I gather?
Up to 100 on self-serve. For more, talk to us about customizing.
How does pricing work?
A one-time $799.00 base plus $11.99 per person. Reports are included with nothing extra to pay.
How many reports, and in what form?
Up to 50 per project. Ask in plain prose to re-angle each one, export to PDF, and edit the result by hand after it's generated.
What changes with a custom build?
The interview design and the reports are built from scratch to your requirements, and the headcount can be raised to fit. It starts with a conversation.
Can I look inside before committing?
Yes. The 360-degree review is a public demo you can touch and move around, no signup needed.
