Points Terms

These Points Terms govern the handling of the points used in the web application "AWAI" (the "Service"). Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service.

1. Issuer

2. What Points Can Be Used For

Points can be used for the features within the Service. The number of points each feature consumes is as shown on the pricing page within the Service, which is the current term.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash or other property, and cannot be transferred to another user.

3. Expiry

  1. Points granted by a subscription expire at the end of that billing period and do not carry over to the next period.
  2. Points purchased separately expire on the day one year after the date of purchase. The expiry is calculated for each purchase individually.
  3. Points granted as a registration benefit have no expiry.

4. Order of Consumption

Points are consumed in this order: (1) points granted by a subscription, (2) points granted as a registration benefit, (3) points purchased separately. Within each category, points with the nearest expiry are consumed first; where the expiry is the same or there is none, the oldest grant or purchase is consumed first.

5. Cancellation and Account Deletion

  1. If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use its points until the end of the current billing period.
  2. If you delete your account, your points can no longer be used. On and after November 19, 2026 (JST), even if a paid plan period is still running, your plan and the use of your points end at the time of deletion, and they are not restored if you sign in again with the same account. (Where you deleted your account before that date while a paid plan period was still running and you sign in again with the same account during that period and before that date, we restore the balance of points granted by the subscription as of the deletion.)
  3. Where we change the Terms of Service or these Points Terms and make consent to that change a condition of using the Service, and you end your use because you do not consent, we refund an amount equivalent to the purchase price of your unused purchased points.

6. Refunds of Points

We do not refund expired points. However, where a fault of ours prevented you from using them, we handle it individually.

7. Notes on Use

  • Your point balance can be checked from the Settings page.
  • When purchased points are approaching their expiry, we notify you at your registered email address, as a guide around 30 days before they expire.
  • The procedure for changing these Points Terms is set out in "13. Changes to These Terms" of the Terms of Service.

9. Where to Read These Terms

These Points Terms are available at any time from the footer of the Service and from the legal information in Settings.

10. Application of These Terms

Section "3. Expiry" applies to points purchased on or after August 3, 2026. For points purchased before that date, the expiry is calculated treating August 3, 2026 as the date of purchase.

Any unused AI personality test (thinking-type diagnosis) and AI compatibility test tickets you hold on or after November 10, 2026 (Japan Standard Time; the same applies below) will be converted into points at 12 points per AI personality test ticket and 25 points per AI compatibility test ticket. If you were eligible for the free diagnosis ticket by registering before that date and that ticket would be granted to you on or after that date, you will be granted 12 points in its place.

Points converted from registration-benefit tickets or granted in place of the free diagnosis ticket are treated as points granted as a registration benefit, and points converted from any other ticket are treated as points purchased separately (their purchase price being the price of the original ticket divided by its number of points). However, none of these points has an expiry.
